Hi, I’m Caraline-the Missoula Doula. I’m a birth and postpartum doula serving Missoula and its surrounding areas. I’m a former infant/toddler teacher with more than a decade’s experience caring for young children and their families. I began doing doula work in 2023 after training and certifying with DONA International & remain passionate about making birth a better experience for us all.

As your doula, I help prepare and empower you for motherhood by providing:

-research & info in simple terms

-physical & emotional comfort before, during, & after birth

I don’t care if you want to go hospital or home birth, epidural or all natural, bottle or breast- if the choice feels right for you, I’ll be in your corner. I care for mom so she can care for baby- setting the whole family up for success that goes far beyond those precious early years.
